SinoHosting provides managed support for clients who need our assistance to manage their services. The cost is RMB1,000/month or RMB10,000/year. Our managed support services are currently available for Linux CentOS-based servers running cPanel.

Our standard managed support services include the following:
-Initial server security hardening
-Software firewall installation and configuration
-Services optimization (Apache tweaking, Mysql optimization etc.)
-24/7 general server administration (1 hour response time and 24hours resolution, most support tickets are solved within 30mn~3hours)
-Operating system and software upgrades when required (CentOS, PHP, Mysql, Apache)
-Applying security patches
-Monthly security checkup
-WHM+cPanel support including cPanel account migrations
-Proactive server monitoring (http and ping, in case of server downtime we are notified automatically and check the server/datacenter for resolution)
-Twice a week remote backup (up to 500GB data)
