SinoHosting.net offers a 10-day refund policy on all our shared hosting services. Domain names, servers, addon services and third party licenses or softwares are not covered by this policy.
If for any reason you do not want to continue using the service, you can apply for a full refund within the first ten days of your order activation. This is done by directly emailing us at billing @ sinohosting.net, with your invoice number, payment date, and bank/Paypal account to which to send the refund to. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds requested due to no fault of SinoHosting, when ordered service has been provided, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the payment amount.
Refunds beyond the 10-day period are not allowed. We also do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of your service in case of early cancellation.
Accounts cancelled or terminated by SinoHosting.net for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for a refund.
Refund will be issued by bank transfer or Paypal only. Any fees occurred at the bank or by Paypal while issuing the payment or refund will be at the expense of the client.
